Kelly en Desordre Auction Demand The Kelly Desordre 20 has appeared a few auctions in 2023. Due to strong collector demand, the newest Kelly bag has been selling for between $40,000-$45,000 or over 3x the retail price. We anticipate secondary market prices for the Kelly Desordre will peak in the first half of 2023 as supply remains low relative to collector demand. The question we can't answer yet is how long will this Hermès bag sell at such a high premium relative to retail. The "store fresh" condition Hermès Mini Kelly and Birkin 25 in leather continue to sell at nearly 3x retail. We believe leather Birkin 25 bags in "store fresh" condition and in neutral or pale pastel colors with date stamps from the last 18-24 months will continue to sell at close to 3x retail for the foreseeable future. We are less certain about the premium for the leather Mini Kelly 20.
